Miranda Motlogeloa (LPEC)
Miranda is a hands-on project manager who is dedicated to all projects commissioned to MSG. Armed with over 10 years of auditing and risk management experience, she is able to offer intelligent solutions and advise businesses accordingly.
Miranda previously served as a Head of Governance, Risk, Assurance and Compliance at Muffin Consulting. Prior to this, she had spent several years at Nedbank holding various positions which includes Regulatory Reporting Manager, Risk Audit Manager and Credit Risk Audit Specialist. She started her career as an Internal Auditor for KPMG and SizweNtsaluba.
She currently serves as an Independent Board member at The Platinum Incubator (TPI) and she is also the Chairperson of the Audit & Risk Committee.
Miranda holds an Honours Bcom Intermediate (Accounting) degree from the University of KwaZulu-Natal; a BTech in Internal Auditing and NDip in Internal Auditing from DUT.
Smiso Myeni CA (SA)
S'miso is an associate Director at MSG, he is co-founder and director of Isibaya Capital Group (a company specialising in property investments, private equity and corporate finance ) before which he was a CFO of Mion Holdings responsible for all aspects of execution, corporate reporting, taxation, and administration.
Before joining Mion, S’miso worked at Investec Bank for several years where his experience included BEE transactions, Leverage Buyouts, Capital Raisings, and Acquisition Finance. S’miso is responsible for the strategy development, transaction execution, advisory and financial management.
S’miso holds an Honours BCom (Accounting) degree from the University of KwaZulu-Natal; an Honours BCom (Management) degree from the University of South Africa, an Advanced Diploma in Corporate Tax from Thomas Jefferson School of Law and is a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA).
Elze Brink CA (SA)
Elze is an Associate Director at MSG, she is resourceful and passionate about solving complex problems in an innovative manner.
Elze has a consultancy background having worked for both KPMG and PwC. As a Finance professional who has worked in multinational companies, specifically in Africa, she is experienced in the transformation of finance functions and have been involved in projects to implement accounting and planning systems and formalizing the finance function. She also have experience with M&A transactions, cost controlling and efficiency projects.
In her earlier career, Elze worked as internal auditor at KPMG leading projects in various industries focusing on internal controls and compliance. She led the external audits for publicly listed companies mainly in financial services and capital markets in South Africa, the U.K. Australia and the Netherlands.
Elze is a qualified CA (SA), registered Internal Auditor (CIA) and completed an MBA at the University of Amsterdam in the Netherlands.
